Reviews
Came in here for first time ever to drop off around 5 items and I’ll definitely come back because the guy, Da’oNdre Jackson was very nice and helpful with my questions. Thank you guys for having this location close to my home!
Great experience with Daondre! It seems like every few drop-offs, my dry-cleaning bag goes missing. During my last visit, I asked about getting a replacement, and the person I spoke with mentioned they’d been backordered for six months and suggested I purchase my own. That struck me as odd since I had just received a new bag within the past six months.
When I returned to pick up my clothes, I shared my concern with Daondre, and without hesitation, he found a replacement bag for me—no questions asked. His customer-first attitude really stood out. Keep up the great work, Daondre! Your dedication to service is truly appreciated.
