Clothes always come out amazing. Some of the staff are not the friendliest. When I use their valet service (stay in car for drop off / pick up), I always leave with the feeling I annoyed the staff because they have to come out to my car.

I was impressed with the use of technology to enhance the customer drop off and pick up experience! All dry cleaning costs have increased dramatically, so now it’s the service that counts!

The staff at Tide are always a pleasure to encounter. They are helpful and eager to insure customers receive the best service.My clothes are cleaned and pressed with commendable results and they are always ready for pick up as promised.The coupon offers are an excellent deal and current prices are competitive. The management are always available and responsive to inquiries. Tide is my Cleaner.
