I do whole body cryotherapy at least 2-3 times a week and notice a decrease in my overall pain level! I also notice a difference in my muscle recovery and enhances my workout performance!
Tina did an amazing job on my Nirvana Yoga Massage! It was a really relaxing experience. I especially enjoyed the hot stones mixed in throughout the session! The room was very “zen like” and I really appreciated that as well:)
I booked my first ever massage with Tina. She’s absolutely wonderful and very polite. Best first experience ever! Her table was wonderfully heated with a cooling face rest. It was delightful. The room was so zen with the lighting and the music. Absolutely wonderful. And she provided me with a snack and a drink afterwards! Not to mention the snack and drink was free of any extra unnecessary additives or dyes. A great holistic massage therapist who can do more than just that!
