I was really glad to find Precious Roofing.They did a lot of work for me! I needed urgent removal of old caulking and placement of new caulking around all the windows of my house. It's really hard to find someone to do this and to do it well. Most companies won't touch it or just want to slap new caulk on top of the old, which can fail. When the weather was right, a team of three came out on a Saturday and spent 8 hours removing and reinstalling all the caulking around my windows with thick, durable QuadMax caulk. After being in our wood siding home for 10+ years we had already painted it once and were due again. But this time would be different, our old wood siding was in rough shape, suffering from rot and woodpecker damage, we would need to replace whole sections of siding. Instead of replacing it with wood again, we decided to do a whole tear off and replacement.
We put out feelers for quotes, and Precious Roofing came back quickly and competitively. They answered any questions I had, and even took some suggestions to improve the life of the siding (they were trying to save me more money). Precious roofing was great to work with they were on time and very knowledgeable and professional. Sean is the person I work with he took his time and explain the process and answered all my questions. And the work was done to perfection I would recommend precious roofing to anyone I know to have their roof replaced. These guys are great and they do excellent work.
