We used Ray St Clair 8 years ago to replace our roof when we had a leak. They were the 6th roofing co that came out and thankfully they figured out the problem. fast forward to 2026 - we had a leak in our closet that everyone assumed was from the roof. Paul from ray st clair went above and beyond helping us try to figure out where the water was coming from. He went into the attic and let us know of another issue he found that needed attention - improper venting of our bathroom vents. I had a leak around one of my vents, that was fixed in a timely manner and I haven't had any problems since.
Update: unexpected touches are always appreciated, Ray St Clair Roofing has a customer for life! When I need a new roof, it will be a no-brainer
Additional update: Finally needed a new roof! They did the job earlier than initially quoted and in 1 day. They also removed an old TV antenna from my chimney that I couldn't get to.
