please do not order hair from here. please please. I ordered my very first here from here in 2017 for $600. what a waste. the hair was very dry and matted. a hair which was supposed to be 100% HUMAN HAIR. Please stay away from this business. They further went to block me on instagram when I tried speaking up.

Please do not order from this company. I bought a curly wig here over $550. The wig came and was the worst wig I received. I tried to talk to them on Instagram but the blocked me. The hair was matted up and very dry. No matter what I did. Please do not order from this company if you love your money.Service: Hair extensions

Omg, my hair/baby loc were treated so well today. Ms Dominique took her time with me, nice to have a loctician with professionalism and knows what she is doing. The lady that did my wash did magic and explained what she was using etc.. I cant wait till next time. Keep up the good work ladies.

Walked to the salon as it said open on google and at the store , the lights were off and no one was there unprofessional

I was a hard core dedicated customer. A few years ago I spent over $700 having a wig made within 2 wks I noticed a bald spot where it was bleached when I mentioned to the owner she started saying I had to go back every month for upkeep which I believe costs $100. I was beyond upset after speaking with her she reluctantly replaced my bundles as if she was doing me a favor I guess I just threw $700 away after that I continued to buy the hair & that's been a disappointment I have sworn by her hair for years & now myself & everybody I've sent to her are currently looking for new venders. Lately the hair sheds & it broke me out so bad on my neck the one time I decided not to dye it. So now I'm if I have to take a chance I take a chance spending less money I really hope she goes back to her original supplier because wherever the hair is coming from it's more misses than hits & she charges too much

I placed an order for a few bundles. I waited for my tracking or delivery and nothing. After 7 days I called and asked about my order and the girl over the phone said it wasn't shipped out. I asked when will it be shipped, she says she doesn't know. I asked her to ask someone else if they know and she tells me she doesn't know because they don't have the hair in stock. I ask her when will it be in stock and she says she doesn't know. Smh. This is Unbelievable. I ask her to ask someone in the store and she says nobody knows. I just requested the money to be refunded back. Not worth the headache.
