“I saw Faith yesterday for the first time. A year ago I had a really bad experience at a different salon, that resulted in me cutting my own hair, and avoiding any salon since. Faith took the time to listen and hear me describe my hair. She's so sweet and easy to talk to. We talked through what I wanted and what my hair will actually do. She offered suggestions based on my descriptions and executed the plan flawlessly. She even gave me tips on how to style (how to hold the brush, etc) which I've never had anyone do before. My hair feels amazing, looks amazing (and healthy) and I will go back to her in the future!“

She was able to tell that I have allergies but looking at my eyes. She was able to show me an area that was thinning that I didn't even pay attention previously. Before going to Gita at B&G, I thought threading places were all the same..... but there is a bug difference when you find someone who puts quality and customer care as their #1 priority.
