I had a great time at my appointment with Kristi! She was prepared for my arrival, she did exactly what I asked for, super timely, offered great advice, and was so fun to talk to. She is a true professional! I would certainly come back again! (Cutting off 17 inches for Wigs For Kids!)
I am an older guy and have been using Emma for the last year or so for a Men's haircut. She is talented, always on time and quite pleasant to chat with and her rates are very reasonable.

Erin on the nail side is sweet and does a fantastic gel manicure (I’m sure she does everything well, I’ve just only had gel).
Chelsea touched up my highlights and gave me a cut. I’ve been going to Penzone’s for 7+ years paying twice as much. I loved the service from Chelsea so much, I’ll definitely be back.
Finally, I can’t say enough about Jess. I’ve been having regular brow tint and lash lift/tint and finally had a facial. She’s so sweet and does such an amazing job!
