Rands was assigned to an American Home Shield Warranty repair. The company was supposed to call and set an appointment with 24hrs. A call was not made. I then called and set an appointment which the company no-called and no-showed for on 8/3. The company contacted me via text after the stated window of 11-4p stating the appointment would be rescheduled. There was no communication after that point.

Unprofessional and non-communicative.

Great service , came out on a Friday evening and then Saturday morning to help get us water running again on our well . Very very helpful ,Turkey real customer service . I can't say enough about them . Will defiantly be our go to place .
