My family has been using Joe Schmitt and Sons for many years - and my father before me as well. Joe, and now Ron, are always quick, efficient, kind and helpful with their service and advice. Whenever I have a heating or plumbing issue (furnace venturies needed cleaning), new water heater, drain opening or water valve replacements, Joe Schmitt and Sons is the only place I need (or want) to call!

I would highly recomend Joe Schmitt. My new water heater lower element burtout and Joe came out and repaired it quickly under warranty. He did not install this water heater, but came quickly and helped my family. Very professional and with 50yrs of experiance he really made us feel comfortable and gave us alot of tips! Excellent work!!! Called the day after Thanksgiving and Mike came out and assisted with an issue with my bathtub spout. Had it fixed in about an hour. Will absolutely call them again when I have a plumbing issue.
