Had great care here. The staff are thorough and responsive to needs. I was on the 8th floor, and want to really thank Nurses Courtney, Ashleigh, Sarah, and assistants Angela, Charley, Gladys, and Savannah. All were great, right down to the guest services and housekeepers
I took my grandmother there and few weeks back and only one thing stood out to me. The young lady Jessica K from registration. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond with care and support. She definitely made this whole scary experice less scary. She made me feel at ease and that my grandma was in the right hands. I don’t know much about insurance so I had lots of questions. She knew EVERYTHING! She made me feel seen and heard. These types of situations of not knowing make everything worse. But Jessica put my mind at ease. My grandmother and I were just so pleased with her. She was so kind and patient with her
Very positive outpatient Acessa fibroid surgery experience here. Every nurse was extremely friendly and attentive. Dr. Kodsy, the anesthesiologist was also very reassuring and even kindly got me a warm blanket. Volunteers as well were very nice and helpful. Such a smooth experience overall. Very happy with how fast Dr. Sherlock completed the surgery. I did not see him on the day due to his packed schedule, but he followed up with a call the next day to check on me.
