After an extended absence, we returned to our home to find a black thermostat screen and no heat. I called Shagovac and spoke with a friendly, professional, and accomodating young woman. Before scheduling a service call, she asked if we had checked simple fixes (i.e. breaker switch, battery) before paying for a service call. In today's marketplace who does that? Apparently, this company does! We had already checked for simple fixes (no go), so she scheduled a service call that was convenient for us. Ian, our tech arrived on time. We had an urgent need for a water tank, and they went above and beyond to deliver and install it quickly and efficiently. From start to finish, their communication was clear and professional, and the entire process was smooth. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard to make sure everything was set up perfectly. It’s rare to find such reliable and dedicated service these days — very impressed with the job they did. Highly recommend!

We were VERY pleased with our experience that Ian performed in our home yesterday! I called the office and Sue was very polite and cheerful on the phone. She said Ian could come out the same day! That's service right there! Ian did some testing on the furnace, was very professional and we had problems that he traced back to our t-stat. He installed one that we supplied, verified everything was working properly and was finished in no time. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much Shagovac!
