Great customer service and high level of expertise! We have a bit of an issue, blown away at the education we received in really understanding what is going on and our options etc. The experience and level of care given by the team were unparalleled and extremely helpful! They even considered service and access for others in the future in their approach.
We’ve used Geisel for our furnace and air conditioning issues for several years now. We just had our furnace replaced. Geisel put the first one in 28 years ago and now we trust them to install the new one. They are always professional and knowledgeable. They take their time to really explain everything and are patient in answering my questions. They left everything spic and span too!
We have been dealing with this water temp problem for so long.. 3 different plumbers... but THIS TIME our technician (Bill) came out and LISTENED and DIAGNOSED instead of just guessing ... A+ rating!! THANK YOU
