This is my 2nd time at this practice. 1st time at the elyria location. This practice is nice. Waiting area is nice clean and open. Exams are easy and staff is nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great appointment.

The reception lady is not the best. She's slightly cold and indifferent, coming across as being aloof.
BUT, it's so refreshing (and sadly so rare) to find a doctor who puts his patients well-being over his personal profits. But this was clearly the case with Dr. Bafna. Just a high quality human being.

They were excellent. The Nurses and staff were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and took care source so I could get my prescription updated and eyes checked so I could go and buy new glasses.
