I was having a hard time finding a company to work with the warranty for an almost new furnace. Candice was helpful and knowledgeable and helped me more than any of the warranty phone calls I had made the previous day. Dave came to the house and we walked into water everywhere because the toilet had froze and half the house was covered in water. He helped shut off all the water lines and was so kind. I’m really thankful for these two people that made the day less stressful.

My furnace stopped working when it was 0 degrees out and I have 2 toddlers. They had someone over immediately! Dave was very reliable, nice, and figured out what was wrong in no time! I definitely recommend!Service: Heating system maintenance

About a year ago, our heat went out while we were out of town and we came home to 40 degree temps in our house. It was almost 11 PM when I called, and it was in the middle of a bad snow/ice storm. I was blown away someone even answered the phone, let alone promised to get someone out to me that night. Our technician called to let us know he was on his way to a different job almost 30 minutes away, but promised to come get us before he called it a night... He didn't make it to our home until 1 AM and had the head running again before 2. I was so impressed at that kind of service. And the gentleman was friendly and upbeat despite the absolutely terrible working conditions.... read full review
