My previous eye Dr stopped taking my insurance so I got online and called many places to see who would take my insurance (no I don't call the number on the back of the card cause that don't usually work) so I found a place and silly me since I called so many I thought it was a place in Austintown they said it was next to coaches so I go to that eye Dr next to coaches and they didn't have me as a patient so I called that number back and here they were in East Liverpool but the receptionist was so wonderful and told me about the sister location in Austintown and I got lucky they had a cancellation so I was able to take it, it was my mistake but she helped me so my day wasn't wasted and I appreciate her so much for that!!! Thank you so much. I wish I had her name but it was on February 18th“
