From the very moment they came into our home, the gentlemen, were so respectful , compassionate and so sincere. They treated my mother with such dignity, care, and respect, and the entire staff continued to support us every step of the way through the entire process.

Joe, who handled our arrangements, was absolutely wonderful — cant say enough about him, so very kind, down to earth, patient, and understanding. He made a very difficult time feel much easier for our family and guided us through everything with genuine compassion. He's just one of those people that made you feel comfortable, so easy to talk to, very relatable and guided our family with so much care and ease. He took a very hard time and made it as easy as he could on our family. Also Elaine , (heart of gold ) was also incredibly kind and caring, and her warmth, kindness and compassion as I came to pick my mothers ashes up truly meant so much to me. Every interaction with all the staff including those who modified my sweet mothers obituary, Meagan was nothing less than exceptional.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but the entire staff at Busch made us feel supported, comforted, and cared for from beginning to end. We are deeply grateful for the excellent care they provided for my mother and our entire family. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through such a difficult time. I dont think you can find greater care any where else.

Being able to do everything online gave my family the allowance of taking breaks and taking our time dealing with the emotional aspect of some of the difficult parts. Things were handled with care and respect throughout the entire process. Their partnership with Jardine's was also really helpful, as Darrin and Jason were able to help navigate and sort through us using them for a gathering (Aaron and the team there were wonderful too). “There are few cemeteries that are more beautiful or classier. Towering trees and grand monuments cover the grounds. The mausoleum is a probably the finest in Cleveland. The Tiffany stained glass and beautiful marble work are worth a trip to the park. Some of the richest people of Cleveland's golden age are interred here for a good reason. It is a classic cemetery.“

“This full service memorial business has taken care of services for two of my family members and I highly recommend them for any memorial you need. I am not in Ohio but I have been able to order and have delivered two different monuments to my love ones grave site with no problem and was happy to find they increased what they offered the second time around. I had no problems conducting transactions from another state either time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I appreciate how easy they made it for me.“

“Herrick was extremely kind, warm, professional and helpful during such a difficult time. He was very responsive taking all my calls during business hours and responding outside of business hours. His embalming and makeup work were wonderful. My father looked alive! I've never compared costs, however, it seemed reasonable for the services.
The establishment itself could use some updates I believe. One employee (not Mr. or Mrs. Martin) was often on the phone indoors talking somewhat loudly during viewing hours which was ANNOYING! These were my only qualms, and I don't feel it fair to deduct a star for this. . . I would give 4.5 stars if possible.“
