“At the recommendation of my fitness trainers, I arrived for my evaluation visit at Simmons in early June, 2022. I was having great difficulty walking in my own home, getting up and down steps, and maintaining my usual activity level. That first visit with Kyle led to many others BUT what he has done for me has given me my life back! By early October I walked a fun(not timed)5K and resumed my fitness program. I am only 67 years old and newly retired. I know had it not been for the recommendation I got and the work Simmons staff, mainly for me Kyle, has done I would now be cane or walker-dependent.
