I live in Dresden on main Street and the gymnasium is just a short 4 minute walk or a 1-minute drive, which is very convenient for me and my wife ,we love the atmosphere, we love the fellowship with other people that is from the village, the owner Troy is a very nice man, the gymnasium is very clean, I have nothing but good things to say about that gymnasium and the members that go there, it is very village friendly,
I would recommend this gym to anyone living in the village and surrounding areas, they have all of the cardio equipment that you would possibly need, weightlifting machinery and free weights, and also they have five heavy bags if you like boxing, Body...read full review

Recent 2nd floor renovations are great. New cardio equipment, and has all the machines and free weights to suit my needs. Hardly ever too busy, and friendly members/owner. Highly recommend.

Went for the first time today very nice people! Really want to take a boxing class next time! � very friendly and if you don't no what your doing just ask! They are friendly and happy to help!
