Tristen is the BEST Stylist Ever!!!!! I recently relocated back from Chicago. I have been to very expensive salons. Tristen’s skills are hands down even better than the Chicago stylists! The best part is, she is right here in Dresden Ohio!!!!! If you are going elsewhere, I highly suggest booking an appointment and switching ASAP! I am SO HAPPY with my color and cut!!!

This is the 3rd HVAC contractor I have had out to my house in the past 6 months. Josh spent hours going through my system to figure out the problem where everyone else had spent 30 minutes and tried to sell me an expensive part that they didn't know was the problem. He was here less than 2 hours after I called too. I really appreciate that he took the time to actually get my system running smoothly, testing it before leaving and taking the time to explain to me, a non HVAC person, what tests he had done and what the problem was. This is the 1st contractor's # I have saved in my phone bc I will certainly use them again. Thank you Josh and Federal Elite Heating & Cooling.
