“We had our electric furnace motor fail in 19 degree weather and snow. We contacted numerous HVAC companies to help us and either no one answered their phones or they said we would have to wait two or three days. Luckily we found LoRich and when I spoke with Rich at nearly 7:00 PM, he was more than pleasant and said he could come out right away to see if he could fix it. Rich showed up in a professional vehicle was personable and knowledgable. He inspected the heater and knew immediately what needed to be done and he also had replacement parts in his van and was able to fix our heater quickly. Super nice, professional and great rate too.
