When I noticed a leak in my water heater ~8:00 pm, they were able to get a technician over the next morning. Full replacement was completed the same day. Gave me a quote up front and stuck to it despite a few issues during installation. Team was helpful throughout the process, including the office staff. Technicians outlined the issues, the fix, and gave tips on maintaining the new unit.
Considering how difficult it can be to get people to commit to and complete work, especially in a timely manner, I'd recommend this company without hesitation. I expect I'll need HVAC and ductwork in the next few years, and Rumer-Loudin will be at the top of my list
My 90 year old mother’s air conditioning went out during the recent heatwave but she was having trouble getting it serviced. I’m a Rumer Loudin customer so I called them, they were great, very friendly, prompt and reasonable. Mom is now calm cool and collected.
