Rich was great! Our A/C fan stopped spinning over the weekend and had me in panic mode. He was able to get me in the very same day I called. He was very polite, friendly and fast! Was a great price and even greater service! Will be calling him again if needed. Thanks Rich!
Highly recommend Rich! He has worked on my house from furnace repairs to installing a new central air conditioner. He is always polite and professional. He is fair! Never looks to gouge anyone unlike other companies. That’s because he doesn’t spend money on advertising but fair prices to his customers. I will never forget the first time I met Rich. Everyone wanted an emergency fee to come out when I had no heat with small kids. Rich was there in a matter of hours and only charged me his regular service fee. He is honest and his word is his bond.
I cannot say enough how professional and prompt Rich was. He installed a new motor for our furnace that was destroyed because the company before did not install it right. Thank you so much for helping us and found our furnace guy
