SERVPRO of New Philadelphia

At approximately 6pm last evening we had a cold water line break. After talking to our Homeowners Insurance company, they gave me a claim number, and had me call Servpro. Within 15 minutes I got the call back. Dave Tiscenko called & I explained what happened. We had water damage in the laundry room, storage area, walk-in cupboard and into the rec room. He listened to our situation, and was very helpful. He was on his way to a service call & we decided that he'd be here this morning @ 9am. He was prompt and very helpful. He went downstairs and did the assessment. When he was done he come back upstairs and explained everything to me in a very professional manner. He'd sent me a pdf to sign and he lined up the crew to come immediately. The service crew is here and has begun the process of the clean up.. I can't say enough about how helpful Vincent and his team was for us!!!! We had a major water issue in our basement and they were MUCH MORE helpful than our insurance company! These people were Godsent for sure!!!!! They were willing to help us from day 1 clear until it was all figured out and beyond. They always answered any question that we had and never made us feel like we were a burden. You all are so appreciated. ❤️

We had water damage caused by an air conditioner in the attic. I didn’t have the best sales service but Charles Anders from the Mitigation Crew was wonderful. He is very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He did everything he said he would do. He was always on time. He cleaned up his work areas.
