At approximately 6pm last evening we had a cold water line break. After talking to our Homeowners Insurance company, they gave me a claim number, and had me call Servpro. Within 15 minutes I got the call back. Dave Tiscenko called & I explained what happened. We had water damage in the laundry room, storage area, walk-in cupboard and into the rec room. He listened to our situation, and was very helpful. He was on his way to a service call & we decided that he'd be here this morning @ 9am. He was prompt and very helpful. He went downstairs and did the assessment. When he was done he come back upstairs and explained everything to me in a very professional manner. He'd sent me a pdf to sign and he lined up the crew to come immediately. The service crew is here and has begun the process of the clean up..
