This was a fantastic experience! We booked through groupon, had been wanting to try it and this deal was the perfect excuse. You book online, get confirmation text. Then 2hrs before appt time get another text with reservation date, time and address to location. Also get a code to enter the building, as there is no physical person there. Once you enter the building there is a restroom, you call a number provided and he will unlock the door to the room you go to as well as walk you thru how to operate the chair.
