Finally Drs who really listen and don't spend all their time staring at a laptop screen. It's been a long time since I felt like I could talk to my primary care physician and not end up getting totally insulted. Dr Harewood was just the best. Dr Glass is a great guy too.

Been going here for at least a year now. Very shocked too see so many poor reviews. The office is an old office e and could use some remodeling. But I do think go there for what the office looks like. Been a patient of Dr. McNeelys not only at Woodman Primary but at myold AOD treatment center. He listens and really cares. Never had to wait very long to be seen and was only drug screened once the first day i went there. When my pharmacy was out of my medication they made sure that they called them in to another pharmacy of my choice. It did take 2 days but they get busy. I brought a friend to her 12:15 appointment and we still haven't been seen as of 1:05. A patient was upset with the obvious over scheduling and extremely long wait. The front desk lady in the pink hoodie was rude to the patient and her customer service is awful. STOP OVER SCHEDULING FOR THE MONEY AND BRING BACK GREAT PATIENT CARE. HALF OF THE PATIENTS LOOK LIKE THEY ARE ZOMBIES. OVER SCHEDULING AND OVER MEDICATING seems to be present here. So sad... The office smells. It's not clean or COVID safe. Staff is rude..OSHA and the medical board are being called.
