I posted an email to him asking for a quote for an inspection on a Saturday late evening and he responded that same day. The price and quality of service were both excellent. Dave did an excellent inspection for a new condominium my sister-in-law was buying. He got us scheduled within 2 days, did an extremely thorough inspection of the unit, the outside, the attic, all the electrical, plumbing, and appliances. When he gave us the wrap up report I was amazed at how many areas he tested, reviewed, photographed, and recorded. In short he does excellent work and we highly recommend him.
