This past weekend I called Brockman and Sons and left a message about my heat pump not maintaining temperature. The Miami Valley has been under a major heat warning starting that day. They called me back within the hour and was at my home shortly after that. They were prompt and helped locate the problem. I cannot say how much I appreciate all they did to alleviate the problem.

Our furnace was struggling for a long time. Others told us to replace it. On the second time out, Joe and others went through it very carefully and determined there was water damage and yellow jackets built a nest in the outflow and it was blocked. 3 hours of work. I appreciate them going the extra mile to really get to the root of the problem. Good price too.
