I have malabsorption issues and have struggled with deficiencies a couple years now. I am also a hard stick, so I made an appointment cautiously optimistic. I think Jacob was the one to help me and he did a great job. No issues starting the IV at all. I come for vitamin shots too, and always have great staff.
