The entire experience was exceptional. Although I didn’t like the news of needing a new AC unit, the person making the appointment was friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours and the tech that came out to my home was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail along with his reasoning and provided all possible options to fix the issue. Very pleased with this company. I wish I would have used them sooner.

David came out to advise me on a Mitsubishi system. I ended up getting a Daikin Fit 3 ton r32 cold climate heat pump setup. No pressure. Great price. No selling me something I don't need. My Payne heat pump is 12 years old and my only heat source besides strips. It is almost worthless below 30 degrees. I have limited options and he gave me the best one. I wanted something just like the Daikin. Set it, forget it, run all day for pennies if it has to, and to heat the house.
