Walmart Vision & Glasses

i was just calling to make an eye exam appointment and get new glasses bc my dog ate them and i can’t work with out them and the vision center NEVER picked up. I called the store about 15 times and was transferred to every department BUT the vision center. Finally on my last call, Dylan from online grocery picked up and he was the ONLY helpful person i talked to. it’s kinda ridiculous nobody but dylan would/could help me.
