Tried to get cash off my american express card they would not let me even though my card says I can get money off at any walmart location

Management copped an attitude because I didn't know something my 2nd day in, cashier wouldn't speak 2 words when approaching and ringing up, guy at customer service rolled his eyes at when I asked to speak with management, and no type of manners from most of the staff there, even management! Really need some personality training courses or something. Supposed to be a team and I feel like the water boy before he was accepted!
