We couldn’t be happier with how it went! Not only was the work done professionally, and timely. But any questions were answered, and whenever we had one all we had to do is call. A friend recommended Thaine and True Heating 2 years ago when our a/c quit working. He came and explained to us in simple terms what was wrong and that we needed a new system. The price was reasonable and the ordering/installation process was super fast and efficient. We just purchased a new home this year, and had to replace the entire hvac system. We again called Thaine and he explained again why the system that had been installed was the wrong one and sold us exactly what was needed.
