This is somewhere you can take classes as a family or watch your children. The instructors are amazing and make you feel welcomed. Your children will gain self confidence and sense of belonging.

Total Taekwondo & Fitness is my permanent martial arts home. After trying other places in the area, this place is what has multi classes, ages and levels with various techniques, self defense and of course martial arts with focus on taekwondo. The instructors are TOP NOTCH. It is professional, organized, respectful. From the first class I was very welcomed and felt comfortable. The prices are affordable. Try it out and see for yourself and come join what has become an extension of my family ❤️

I’m not usually a fan of group workouts, but I love going to their Kickboxing classes. The coaches are so fun and motivating. The classes have people of all ability levels and everyone is always really uplifting and positive. Even when I haven’t been in months, I can always drop in for a class and be welcomed like I never left. Cannot recommend them enough!
