I watch for deals and shop wisely. There are a lot of employees and a lot do not have real world experiences with what you're working on. So find someone that has some knowledge of what you're doing and they'll Help. If not you're gonna buy too much it's going to be too expensive and it will not work. Tools are good it's a bit pricey at times. A lot of employees are very nice. Some are dumb as rocks. And the website is very slow and choppy all the time. I get a military discount thank you. And do your research there's YouTube. There are people that have knowledge to fix things ask them what you need. Keep your receipt don't use it and return it unless it's broke. Bought a storm door there and salesman was good at explaining stuff but didnt buy it that visit because of delivery questions. Went back next day and got the door and took it home ourselves. Some employees dont seem to want to be there. Checkout area has way too many people standing around self checkout lanes and not much privacy around card machines. Made me feel uneasy to prying eyes.. i dont think the military discount policy is very good. The cap on it kills it if you have a big project in mind. I like Lowes alot better as a Navy veteran.

Got me a big old heavy barn door and needed help. Luckily I found Trinity…she helped me inside the store and load my car. I tried to give her a tip but said she couldn’t accept it….so I’m left doing my first ever review to show my gratitude. Thanks Trinity
