Never in my life pulled up a mechanic shop at loves and have to wait 7 hours to get 1 tire replaced on a trailer when it’s only 4 trucks ahead . Like what are they doing hiring mechanics with no experience working on big rigs ? Don’t have the right tools ? Two people working and it’s extra slow to repair simple common issues
I have no problem with their customer service it’s bad for their business unfortunately they are not good their job either can’t fixed burned trailer clearance lights .
We TRUST the mechanics to keep us sage out here on the road!! PM oil change done. Mechanic has my husband check the oil, has us start the truck, tops off fluid, says all is good. Hood was shut, headed down the road, ppst trip shows oil cap was not put back on and oil is everywhere! Now we have to buy more oil and was the truck for a second time this week. Very frustrating!!
