I had a very noisy water heater and my water softener spontaneously went into a regeneration cycle. Dave from Spartan came out, diagnosed the problem and proposed how best to resolve the issue. Several days later, Dave got straight to work and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. As a homeowner, I really appreciate that extra step he took to educate me, showing his commitment to excellent customer service!
