Had a number of issues with the electric in my house on a Friday afternoon, and they mentioned they could come out later that afternoon or even on Saturday, Due to my schedule, we decided on Monday morning. They were prompt, and diagnosed a severe electric panel failure with my very old 125 amp service, requiring an entirely new service panel (200 amp). They were able to replace it that day. They gave me an estimate, which was less than I had anticipated. When I got the invoice, it was even less.
The young man who did the work was extremely courteous, and worked inside and outside in 15 degree weather.
A tree in my neighbors yard ripped the power line off of my house and I had to replace the attachment and connection a couple of years ago. Sparks Electric Service offered me an extremely reasonable price compared to other places I called and they also took the time to explain everything to me. As a woman and first time homeowner, a few of the places were clearly trying to take advantage of me and Sparks did not seem that way AT ALL. I also feel the quality of work was very good and 3 years later it is holding up just fine with no issues. I really appreciate them as an honest business. Hard to find these days. Staff was excellent with keeping me informed on the process. They not only did the job well, but were so considerate of protecting my personal belongings. Also cleaned up after themselves really thoroughly despite my protests to save the staff some work. Highly recommended!Service: Electrical fuse changing
