We needed to order a specific promotional item, but it took a couple of months to get internal approval for the design. So by the time I brought the design to Shumsky, we were really late in getting the items out. When Steve Falknor at Shumsky asked me when we'd need the product, and I said "yesterday," clarifying to mean Shumsky's earliest possible delivery, Steve took that to heart. He treated us like we were his best customers and we had a great looking product in record time. I look forward to doing business with Steve and Shumsky again!

Great looking products! I have only a few occasions to use promotional items, I wished I looked and researched rather taking a persons word....I definitely know to call next time!
