Representative on the phone was awesome for the initial tow request as well as the tow truck driver! The driver was very cordial in the midst of a major snow event. ●only negative comment is that it took 6 hrs to retrieve my vehicle. It would be great to have some form of notification or tracking for the customer to avoid any inconvenience/misunderstanding.

My son’s 2016 Hyundai SUV was stolen, crashed, and abandoned by thieves. It was in like-new condition, and unfortunately, it’s a model that can be easily stolen with a jump drive in the ignition. After the Dayton police recovered it, they sent it to Sandy's Towing in Dayton, Ohio.
The staff at Sandy's, especially the owner Doug, James, and Chance, were incredibly professional and helpful. They took the time to carefully load the car onto my rental trailer, going above and beyond to assist us during this challenging situation.

I live in Springfield, and ETA was 1 1/2 hr, and John from the Dayton location was here in about 1/2 hr! Thanks, Sandy's Towing (John), for coming to my rescue quickly! ?????
