Todd was exceptional. He cleared the clog in our kitchen drain line that was deep in the line. He even fixed a fitting that was improperly installed by the builder. He arrived within an hour and fixed everting very quickly.
William from Roto Rooter 3336 provided excellent service and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained the options for fixing my broken toilet flange. I was under pressure to have this problem fixed in a timely manner due to flooring being installed. Rotor Rooter came through and was able to get me on the schedule the same day. Their prices were reasonable for what I needed done. The representative that I spoke to was competent, polite and professional. I would mention her name but can't remember. I will definitely be using Roto Rooter for any of my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend this company.
