Radon Technology, Inc. provides excellent service with on-time appointments and efficient workers. They are easy to work with, offer great prices, and prioritize their customers. From the front office staff to the installers, they are responsive, flexible, and genuinely nice people. Their work is excellent, and they leave the workspace clean. Customers have found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They explain the process clearly, answer all questions, and complete the installation with great attention to detail. Radon Technology is a highly recommended choice for radon testing and mitigation in the Dayton area.
Just had my install so I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the unit yet. But I can talk about the customer service experience. They were easy to work with getting everything set up. Price was reasonable. And then with the installation… Trey was the technician and he was an absolute pleasure. I could go on about what made him so great but to put it simply, you would think he owned the company
These folks really did a great job! Incredibly professional. Once they were done their work looked super tidy and they went out of their way to leave our very old basement looking cleaner than they found it. The end cost ended up being a bit less than the quote too which is always nice.
Easy to get an estimate that was competitive with other companies and offered a longer warranty and the ability to pay with credit card without fee. Trey and team we're on time for my scheduled installation. They introduced themselves and got right to work. The finished product looks professional and was installed exactly like it was explained to me during my estimate. Highly recommended. Radon levels from 6+ to ~2. Photo attached does radon levels. Install was June 3rd 2026.
