I just want to take the time to give an honest and heartfelt review about my experience with Pretty Raww Hair by Erin. When I first decided to order from her, I was honestly nervous because dealing with hair vendors can be hit or miss. But from the moment I received my hair, I could tell it was high quality.

The hair was very soft, full, and true to length. It didn’t have a strong smell, and it didn’t shed excessively like a lot of other bundles I’ve tried in the past. Once installed, it blended so well and looked very natural. I received so many compliments, and people were constantly asking me where I got my hair from. Even after washing it, the texture stayed beautiful and manageable. It held curls very well and also straightened nicely without losing its softness.

What really made my experience stand out though was how she worked with me during a very sensitive time in my life. I suffer from alopecia, and that can be extremely hard on a woman’s confidence. Not everyone understands how emotional hair loss can be, but she did. She was patient, understanding, and made sure I felt comfortable. She didn’t rush me or make me feel embarrassed. Instead, she worked with me to find options that would protect my natural hair and give me the coverage I needed.

She made sure the install wouldn’t put stress on my scalp and recommended styles that would help me feel confident while still being safe for my condition. That meant more to me than just buying hair. It felt personal. It felt like she actually cared.

The hair itself lasted a long time with proper care, and I was able to reuse it. It maintained its quality and didn’t thin out quickly. For me, that speaks volumes because I need hair that is dependable and worth the money.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The quality of the hair was excellent, but the customer care is what truly sets her apart. If you are someone dealing with alopecia or thinning hair and you’re looking for someone who understands and will work with you, I would definitely recommend her.
