I ordered tape in’s online, paid for shipping almost a month went by without any communication. I live in another state, so I sent someone on my behalf that reside in Ohio. They gave her the wrong length and texture. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Owner called me 2 weeks later, didn’t attempt to amend or correct the situation. Bad customer service, I will never shop again.

I've had my hair in now going on 3 weeks❗ and my HD lace is still perfect I mean at this point ppl cant even tell its not my hair lol but my closure was dyed AND bleached back to back and not 1 hair shedded or changed texture! I'll definitely be shopping again and I refer everybody i know to get this hair!
