OMG! I don’t even know where to begin. Kaylee was sent from heaven to me. For starters, I loved the reminder texts they sent. It was very helpful. The communication from the staff was not too much but enough to help me every step of the way from the booking process, explaining everything to expect in the appointment, to the professional and super friendly behavior, the exceptional service, and most important the way they listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable enough to leave my baby in their care. Pampered Pups is hands down the best groomer I have ever used!! Most groomers shy away from Huskies, especially huskies that have not been groomed recently. Pampered Pups may have taken 20 pounds of fur from each of the girls. Their white fun was somehow whiter than I have ever seen it! I can’t say enough about how good the girls look! We will be telling everyone how amazing you are!!!

They responded promptly to my call. Were able to work with our schedule without hesitation. Very professional and excellent with my big dog. We will for sure be recommending them to our friends and continue with their services on a regular basis. Hands down, best experience.
