Details to come. Currently filing a complaint with the medical board. The office staff is great. CNP Derek McMurry is AMAZING but Dr. Janice Pauley cited my age on two separate occasions and then cut me off cold turkey today because I had the audacity to ask why. I do not recommend this office which is a shame. Been going here for years and she's the only one I've ever had an issue with.
I was first seen on 6/9/25 and was told I would be set up for a procedure and as of today 8/7/25 I have yet to be contacted and this is after two more appointments, one with the NP and again with the doctor. The doctor told me they had not received anything from insurance and I told her I had received a letter from them and attempted to contact the office after I got it (at her direction on the first appt) and could never get anyone to call me back after numerous attempts. At my last appt on 7/16 I didn’t leave the office before leaving them a copy of the letter from my insurance and the doctor telling me someone would call me the next day which of course never happened.... read full review
They violated HIPPA by giving my personal health information to a pharmacy without my permission or my knowledge and they did not keep accurate and updated records in regards to my medications. This a resulted in respiratory failure.
