    Extremely professional and capable fitness resource that has also achieved outstanding success in rehabilitating the movement of brain injury patients.I can’t recommend this facility highly enough.

    I have been going to Practice for Pilates regularly since 2008 and highly recommend this studio. Patrick Pryzborowski and his staff are experienced, well trained and caring instructors. While I take a traditional Stott reformer class weekly, I also enjoy the diversity of training options offered with weights, TRX, yoga and other tools that help me meet my fitness and life goals.

    I can't say enough good things about the Practice studio. I have been a loyal Pilates client for over eight years, because it has truly improved my overall fitness and flexibility levels. Patrick and the staff are a gem to have in Dayton. The intimate environment is warm and inviting, and I encourage anyone looking for that piece of the puzzle to their optimum health and wellness to give Practice a try.

    After going here for several weeks, Im impressed with their professionalism, and the knowledge of instructors. I've trained with Leslie the most. I cant say enough about her. She listens, helps me achieve my goals and very conscious of my previous back issues/injury. This place is top notch in my book.
