I’m not over 50, but these workouts are perfect for me. Functional fitness at its finest. PJ and team focus on helping people where they are at and moving them forward. Can’t reach your toes? That’s ok, try for the knees. Modifications are given for beginners or just for those whose joints don’t like certain moves. Over fifty fitness is amazing.

I have been going to Practice for Pilates regularly since 2008 and highly recommend this studio. Patrick Pryzborowski and his staff are experienced, well trained and caring instructors. While I take a traditional Stott reformer class weekly, I also enjoy the diversity of training options offered with weights, TRX, yoga and other tools that help me meet my fitness and life goals.
