Matt is a very nice person to work with. We have had him service our old AC system when it was out of commission last summer, and then this spring he installed a new system for us. Matt gave us a reasonable estimate, and was able to complete the work in a quick amount of time. He followed up on his work and our satisfaction of the job, and even offered to help instruct us on the filter, if needed. Really pleased with the work and the communication of Norris Heating & Air Conditioning!

Was a great overall experience having them install a new mini split system in my home. They were some of the friendliest people I have ever met. My 4 year old followed them around the entire time they were here. They were so kind to her. She still asks about them coming back. Would never recommend another company over them. They did a great job.
