I went to four different carpet stores in the area and I was always coming back to McSwain. They had great selection for our budget and were SOOO nice. Mark was patient as I came back a few times and he held a carpet for me until I made a decision. Dennis and I were going over the quotes from the others and all the measurements weren't adding up so he stopped and said "lets go measure"! We got everything we needed at an incredible price. I am so pleased with the guidance and help I received from Dennis isreal at McSwain Carpets--I could not find the right carpet or the right color of carpet until I met Dennis. He talked me through what I needed and was expecting from my new carpeting and spent time measuring and calculating to cut down on waste.When it was time to install, he sent the most talented installers I have ever seen. They did a wonderful job. I'm happy. Thank you, McSwain Carpets!

Dennis Isreal was great to work with, scheduling around a kitchen remodel (even with current timelines & delays) and making sure everything was taken care of. Jared and Brad did a great job on the installation, taking the time to do the job right, and were wonderful to have in the house.
