Quincy my sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about what flooring would be best for my home. When I described the color, she went straight to the perfect one! She educated me on the process and checked in thoughout the way. Tommy my installer was very efficient, excellent craftsman, and cleaned up afterwards.
I went through Costco and they got me in contact with Mark at McSwain. Mark was excellent to work with. He took the time to discuss what I was needing and then made the best recommendation.
McSwain couldn’t have been easier to work with! From the sales staff to the installers! Everyone paid attention to my requests and preferences. The installers were extremely professional and kind. They did a fabulous job with the installation and cleaned up after each day.
