We recently worked with Mark for our carpet purchase, and he made the entire sales process extremely easy, carefully going over all of our options. The pricing was competitive, but what truly sets McSwain apart is their consistent quality. We first used them in 2018 at our previous home (and the installation was just as great as the sales experience!). We just used them again in our new home, and the installers were excellent! The Justin and Eric duo did the install—they were efficient, professional, and clearly know their carpet. Next time we need flooring, we'll be going straight back to McSwain!
Great and prompt service from beginning to the end! I deducted one star because I had remanents in all bathrooms and the hallway. No big deal but wish there're all moved to garage. Otherwise, I LOVE the carpet and love how it feels between my toes. Just so happy when I walk on it! Also, so glad Mark made great recommendations with steps, they're conformed to the steps and made them look more stylish. Thank you McSwain and Mark!
Had both carpet and LVP installed. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all the details, both with the flooring and the logistics. The installers were efficient and detail oriented. Very pleased with the results!
